Health and Safety Covid-19 GuidElines

Safety

In light of our present extraordinary circumstances, we are implementing safety protocols for onsite visits to protect your health and the health of our employees. While construction is permissible under the state and county shelter-in-place orders, we must follow safety measures to help slow the spread of Covid-19 in our community. Please help up by adhering to the following health and safety protocols.

Please open the entrance when the technicians arrive and advise them where to proceed. It would also be better for us to cooperate to a six-feet distance. Moreover, you may even wear masks while we do the planning up to installation.

Before we enter your premises, please disinfect our working area.

Our team would appreciate it if you had already removed the shower curtains and rods and other things unnecessary to the task. We wish not to damage any of your belongings inside our project area.

We would like to ask you to keep your pets away from the project area for everyone’s safety. Some pets might be uncomfortable with other people. Whether they are comfortable with others or not, it would be better for our team to have no interaction with them. Instead, you may place them in an area safe for your pets during and after the construction.

Our team is fully equipped with gears and materials for installation. We are also fully trained for frameless glass construction and installation. We request you to stay away from the construction area, especially when an ongoing project. Hence, you can supervise us during our task, but make sure not to stay too close to the installation.

Our team will let you know if the site is not ideal for the project. Our glass experts would also give you some suggestions for the best way and time to proceed with the installation.

Virtual Site Visits

We are now offering virtual site visits to help minimize face-to-face contact. Virtual visits allow us to gain the knowledge we need to get your project started—we will go over your space, offer consultation, and present options that allow us to quickly build a proposal. Virtual visits are a great way to get your project moving forward if you are in your building or planning phase. Start your project.

Contactless Installs

We are now offering contactless installs. Our team of technicians is experienced and experts in their craft. Due to our diligence in measurements, glass orders, and proposals, all questions are already answered prior to installation. It’s our detail-oriented process that allows our team to complete installations without necessitating contact with homeowners or contractors on the job site. All our techs need is an open door and they are self-sufficient in getting the job done at the highest level.
